Sir was previously associated with Symbiosis College of Arts & Commerce for more than 22 years, Symbiosis as Vice Principal and In-charge Post Graduate Deptt. and Director of Sinhgad Institute of Management, Vadgaon, Pune, for 3 years. Sir is well recognized Research Guide for Ph.D. and M. Phil in various Universities including University of Pune. Sir has published 20 research papers at National & International level and 8 books for Graduate and Post Graduate students.
